PARKING and Location

276 Sterling Studio is located in the newly chic, but still gritty Lower Junction, near the intersection of Bloor and Lansdowne. https://goo.gl/maps/fxJWJ8bwsu32

Sterling Studio has an alley-way driveway for 3x Cars or a 16ft Cube Truck

Driving/Parking? Crew is welcome pull up to our studio to drop-off equipment - Our neighborhood has plenty of all-day street parking and Green P lots within minutes of the studio

Transit? The studio is within a 5 min walk from the TTC Bloor line (Dundas West and Lansdowne Station), Bloor GO Train Station, and the UP Express Train Station (see map)

Cycling? You'll find 3 bike locks under our awning and more on Bloor St. 

We encourage you to download the parking map below and include them in your call sheet. Please advise crew not to block or park in the public lane way.

FLOOR PLANS

276 Sterling Studio is housed in a 60 year old, free-standing industrial building. The comfy client lounge and studio kitchen is located in a mezzanine overhanging the studio space. 

The studio building has a ground floor loading bay that is accessed via 12 x 12 ft garage door. An awning overhangs the loading bay and protects it from the elements. In the summer, this is a popular place to set up tables and chairs for lunch. 

In the studio space the ceiling height is 15 ft, and the cyclorama dimensions are 45 x 20 ft, left-hand return. 

The adjoining building houses the Production Kitchen, Green Room, and additional production space. 

CRAFT SERVICE, CATERING, AND LOCAL RESTAURANTS

276 Sterling Studio functions at it's best when you take advantage of all the in-house perks. We suggest that you opt to make use of our fully-equipped kitchens rather than bringing a craft service truck.

Looking for a caterer? Try one of our studio regulars - the food is quite good!

Need a restaurant reco? A cake? Or a fancy coffee run? The neighbourhood has plenty of great local eats, bakeries, and coffee shops.
